Primerul Noemi este folosit pentru a pregati sprancenele inainte de a utiliza celelalte produse pentru sprancene precum vopsele, henna etc. Curata usor, hraneste si regenereaza pielea fara a o lasa grasa sau lipicioasa. Dupa aplicare, pielea devine moale si hidratata. Potrivit si pentru pielea sensibila, nu provoaca iritatii.
