Acum puteti crea singur procentul dorit de oxidant.
0% oxidant Corrector, atunci cand este amestecat cu alti oxidanti, reduce procentul de peroxid de hidrogen.
Compozitia chimica a oxidantilor NOEMI ramane neschimbata, in timp ce efectul lor cosmetic este imbunatatit.
Corectorul 0% oxidant va permite sa creati procentul dorit de oxidant pentru colorarea sprancenelor si a genelor.
Contine componente calmante si hidratante care au un efect pozitiv asupra parului si ofera un efect cosmetic minunat in timpul vopsirii.
In rezumat: 0% ajuta la reducerea procentului de peroxid.
De exemplu, poate fi adaugat la 3% dupa laminare sau pentru colorarea genelor.
