Oxidantul de 3% ( 10 vol ) special conceput pentru vopseaua de gene si sprancene Thuya. Neutralizeaza nuanta naturala a firului de par permitand aplicarea si activarea corecta al compozitiei obtinute prin amestecarea in proportii egale al oxidantului impreuna cu vopseaua .
